Tokyo Club Runner '02, (トーキョークラブランナー `０２ Tōkyō Kurabu Ran'nā `02?) also known as the JSRF Club Collaboration Event!, (JSRFクラブコラボイベント！ JSRF Kurabu Koraboi Bento!?) was a release party event held for Jet Set Radio Future that lasted from February 8th to March 4th. It was hosted at many clubs in Tokyo and located at various districts, wards, and neighborhoods in the city.

The Tokyo Club Runner '02 event would start on February 8th, just 14 days before the release of Jet Set Radio Future and the original Xbox in Japan. The event lasted for three weeks, with club stops happening Friday through Sunday, although the last one was held on a Monday. Just like with other events relating to JSRF, little information is available about it, but judging by the limited images made available it showed that fans were able play JSRF at the event, and the schedule lineup on the website detailed musical events as well.
