Walkthrough[]
The Poison Spider Queen is a Tagger's Tag mission. After tagging all the switches in the Tokyo Underground Sewage Facility, the entrance to the Bottom Point of the Sewage Facility opens up, allowing the player to head to Poison Jam's true residence of their headquarters. Here, they will encounter Cube, the leader of the gang, who proceeds to command Poison Jam to go after the GG's. After defeating Posion Jam, Cube leaves in annoyance. Completing this mission will start up chapter 4 and open up the Skyscraper District and Pharaoh Park, Hikage Street, and Kibogaoka Hill.
