Scott Ripper (スコット リッパー Sukotto Rippā?) is a playable character in Ollie King. He is a Regular/All-Rounder type character with a goofy stance that has great speed, cornering, and excellent rail balancing, but lacks in power.

Appearance[]
Scott Ripper's design is much more formal compared to the other characters in Ollie King. He wears a white buttoned up shirt with a black tie, and wears purple pants with flower designs on the right leg. His skate shoes are simply white, but have a higher tongue compared to the rest of the playable cast. He wears a ring on his right hand and sports a watch on his right arm as well. He also wears glasses. Overall, this gives him a "nerdy" or smart look to his character.
Scott's skateboard design is a white board that features his surname, "Ripper", in a heavily stylized font.
Personality and playstyle[]
Scott is described as character whose main trait is "insolence", or more specifically being rude. Combined with his presentation, it can be implied he's something of a smart aleck or a know it all, but more jovial and sarcastic than arrogant. He is one of the only two characters to have a "goofy" stance out of the playable cast in Ollie King. He is classified as an "All-Rounder Type" or "Regular Type" skater who has a great sense of balance on a grind rails.

- Ripper is one of the two characters in Ollie King to have a goofy stance, with the other being JB Bullet.
- Scott's concept art nearly identical to his finished look for the game. The only real difference between the two is his pants being less detailed.
- As seen above, Ripper's artwork consists of a layering of two images, he is the only one to have this.
- Ripper's artwork for both his normal and kid appearance depicts him with green hair, when in game and on the artwork shown on his wallpaper, his hair color is more brown.
- Ripper is the same age as Corn/Tab, Mew/Bis, and Yo-Yo from Jet Set Radio, with all four characters being 16 years old and the youngest out of the playable cast for their games.
- Ripper and Miguel Diaz's boards remain relatively the same from artwork to model with some small differences.
- Scott is also the only other character to not be referred to by his first name via the announcer.
