Rudies are a term used in the Jet Set Radio universe that applies to young people who roam the streets spraying and skating, and also to all the playable characters in the Jet Set Radio games. The term rudie comes from the Jamaican term rude boy, which applied to juvenile delinquents and criminals in 1960s.
