The Jet Set Radio Perfect Guide (ジェットセットラジオ パーフェクトガイド Jetto Setto Rajio Pāfekuto Gaido?) is a guidebook for Jet Set Radio. It was published by SoftBank Publishing and released under Sega's Dreamcast Magazine Books label. It was only released in Japan on July 15, 2000.

The perfect guide for Jet Set Radio is filled with info from the game to help the player out. The guide has five "chapters". The chapters are as followed: Characters (pages 04-14), System (pages 16-30), Story (pages 32-92), Rival Showdown (pages 96-104), Appendix (pages 106-124), and additionally there is a column section on pages 53, 65, 69, and 91.
From page 126 and onwards, the guide goes over the graffiti pieces in the game.
