Jet Set Radio Future medleys is a catchall term to describe the in-game mixes of songs that can be heard throughout the game's story. In Jet Set Radio Future, there are nine chapters present in the game. Each chapter has its own set of medleys that play throughout it until the player reaches the next chapter. The only exceptions to this are chapter 5, which uses one set alone. Chapter 8 and 9 as both use the same sets, and the Tokyo Underground Sewage Facility and the Bottom Point of the Sewage Facility, where there is a set medley for the area that never changes. The music played in the chapter acts like a real radio, transitions between songs are audible, unlike the garage, where the song loops itself.
Most chapters have their sets begin with the jingle, "Jet Set Station #2" by Hideki Naganuma featuring Billy Brown, with the exception of chapter 5 and the Tokyo Underground Sewage Facility, which takes note from the Grind City missions from Jet Set Radio as no jingle plays at the start for that chapter and area.

Prototype sets[]
These are sets that were exclusively featured in the prototype build of Jet Set Radio Future.
Prototype Set A[]
- Bis, remixed by Jason Famous - "Statement of Intent (Remix)"
- The Latch Brothers - "Me Likey the Poom Poom"
- Scapegoat Wax - "Aisle 10 (Hello Allison)"
- Note: This set is the second one from chapter 2, "Rockin' the Mic" from the Prunes and Freestyle is missing from it.[1]
Prototype Set B[]
- BS 2000, remixed by the Latch Brothers - "The Scrappy (The Latch Brothers Remix)"
- The Latch Brothers - "Koto Stomp"
- Russell Simins - "I'm Not a Model"
- Note: This seems to be an early mix for the sewers as the first two songs are the same in the final version of the game. Interestingly, "Jet Set Station #2" plays before "The Scrappy" starts, which does not occur in the final release. Additionally, "I'm Not a Model" is also uncensored in this mix. This mix includes an unused transition between "Koto Stomp" and "I'm Not a Model" as well.[1]
Prototype Set C[]
- Cibo Matto - "Birthday Cake"
- The Latch Brothers - "Latch Brother Bounce"
- Hideki Naganuma - "Oldies But Happies"
- Note: This an early mix for the second medley in chapter 4. "Sweet Soul Brother (B.B. Rights Mix)" is missing from the start and "Birthday Cake" remains uncensored as well.[2]
Trivia[]
- The set for chapter 3 is rather unique as since no story based mission takes place outside the sewers, it is very likely that the player will not hear either sets in their entirety, unless they willingly choose to stall and wait out to listen to both before heading to the sewers.
- The only song that is exclusive to an area is the Latch Brothers remix of "The Answer" from Bran Van 3000, as it only plays in the sewers.
