Highway Zero is an area of Jet Set Radio Future. It can be accessed from The Skyscraper District and Pharaoh Park after the player has managed to defeat The Immortals in a game of Tagger's Tag.
Highway Zero is accessed from the skyscraper district and Pharaoh Park, by continuing on the highway the player came from 99th Street.
When the player first enters the area, it will show a cutscene of The Immortals, with NT-3000 of a cage. Then the player will participate in another game of Tagger's Tag. When the player tags all of The Immortals' backs, a cutscene will show the cage trapping the player, causing NT-3000 to escape. The player is taken to The Future Site Of Rokkaku Expo Stadium afterwards.

The mystery tape in this area is located in the mall area, in the middle of some stalls.
The Noise Tanks can be unlocked by getting a Jet rank on every test run in this level.

Highway Zero is one of three story mode levels that can be played in Vs Mode (excluding, the Future site of Rokkaku), the other two are Chuo street, and the bottom point of Sewage Facility.
