Graffiti City (シブヤチョウサーキット[1] Shibuya-chō Sāketto?, "lit. "Shibuya-cho Circuit") is racetrack that appears in Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed. It also has a battle arena called Rooftop Rumble. (ルーフトップランブル Rūfutoppu Ranburu?) The introductory song for the track and arena is called "Graffiti City Intro" and the song that plays during races and fights is called "Graffiti City Medley", a mashup between "That's Enough" by Hideki Naganuma and "Everybody Jump Around" by Richard Jacques.
Graffiti City appears in the World Tour mode of the game, being a part of the Frozen Valley and Moonlight Park tours. The track has one mission each in both chapters.

- EN: "Shibuya-cho Circuit" is a popular street in Tokyo, which is the home of Beat, Gum, and the other "GGs" in "Jet Set Radio" (1999). The main road is blocked off by the Keisatsu for the race, which is part of the "21st Century Project" by the Rokkaku Group. After traveling up and down the highway, which has been turned into a circuit, and inside buildings under construction, the cars fly through the neon district of Shibuya which are shrouded in dusk. You can also listen to DJ Professor K every lap.[note 1]
Overviews[]
Graffiti City[]
Graffiti City is set in Shibuya-cho's neon district during the time of dusk. Despite it being set in Shibuya, the circuit seemingly takes inspiration of the other two districts from the Jet Set Radio series, such as the neon lights of Benten and the construction elements of Kogane. The dusk-like setting might have been inspired by Grind Square.
Throughout the race the track will eventually transform into a plane-only course as the police force are fighting against the Rudies, and calls in the army.[3]
Rooftop Rumble[]
Rooftop Rumble is the battle arena for Graffiti City. Just like the main course, it is also set at the time of dusk. The arena takes place on a high up tower with two floors that players can drive on. Players can switch between the two levels by driving up or down the ramps, or simply driving off the highest level to reach lowest part of the arena. Item capsules are also scattered throughout both levels of Rooftop Rumble.

Trivia[]
- Sega held a competition where people could submit their own graffiti to be included on the racetrack.[4][5]
- During the race DJ Professor K sends transmissions throughout each lap. Although DJ-K appears in his JSR attire, the lines in question are recycled from his Jet Set Radio Future counterpart.
- For the description of the stage, Sega incorrectly put "1999" as the release year for Jet Set Radio when the game itself released in 2000.
- Even though Graffiti City is set in Jet Set Radio's universe, Yoyo, Cube, and Rhyth all appear in their JSRF attires.
- Graffiti City is somewhat similar to Rokkaku Hill from the previous game, as both tracks are set in a district that appears in their respective titles, but are located in an unseen area from said games, and take elements from the other two districts of the series.
