The Golden Rhinos (ゴールデンサイ Gōruden Sai?, lit. Golden Rhinoceros) are a gang of assassins, led by Gouji Rokkaku. Similar to their Jet Set Radio counterparts, the Golden Rhinos are dispatched throughout Tokyo as replacements for Hayashi and the Rokkaku Police just to take down the GG's, after the previous effort's failures.

Unlike in Jet Set Radio, where their counterparts wore a Yakuza-like attire, in Jet Set Radio Future the Golden Rhinos appear in a more detective look. They still carry assault weapons as their main tools of offense, however, they only use guns this time around.
Major Arms[]
Major Arms appears in a gray suit and has golden metallic arms that he uses as weapons. He also sports a blue cap with a Rokkaku logo on it, a cigarette, and a black beard and hair.
Staff Officer Fire[]
Staff Officer Fire sports an orange shirt and pants resembling her status as a pyromaniac. She wears gray boots that features flames at the top of them along with flames appearing as a tattoo on both of her arms, that is covered up with gray gloves. On the top right of her shirt, a Rokkaku logo is seen, this also the same with the right side of her black cap. She supports green visor glasses and a flame thrower with flames on the side. On her face, she wears light-purple lipstick and has a scar on her right cheek. She has black hair.
Kigurumi[]
The Kigurumi Undercover Agents appear in a bear costume with a smile and gray eyes. Underneath they seem to be the same as the standard Golden Rhinos Agent, lacking hair. Like all members of this group, they have gray skin.
Personality[]
Described as "highly trained assassins" by DJ Professor K, the Golden Rhinos, just like their Jet Set Radio counterparts, are ruthless and will not rest until the job gets done, as they stake out in multiple areas throughout Tokyo. To add to their insanity, both Major Arms and Staff Officer Fire also express delight in the thought of killing the GG's
Role in Jet Set Radio Future[]
In Jet Set Radio Future, the Golden Rhinos appear in the story after chapter 5. However, they are not physically ran into until chapter 7. After multiple failed attempts by Hayashi and the police force to stop the GG's, the Golden Rhinos come in to do their job. Despite bringing in extreme force, the Golden Rhinos also fail to stop the GG's, even after kidnapping DJ Professor K. The Golden Rhinos are ultimately defeated after Gouji Rokkaku is taken down in one last fight.

- Major Arms: Fought in Chuo Street, ultimately gets taken out by missiles from the Golden Rhinos themselves.
- Staff Officer Fire: Fought in Highway Zero, ultimately gets defeated by setting herself on fire and by having a billboard fall on her.

- Golden Rhino Agents: Fought throughout chapter 7 and 8 multiple times. They will hinder progress while trying to catch Clutch.
- Kigurumi: They sometimes appear with the Golden Rhino agents, except in Dogenzaka Hill, where there is a full fleet of them.

- Line AV-16: These are fighter jets that the player has to take down after rescuing Yoyo at the Fortified Residential Zone.

Chapter 7[]
- Kibogaoka Hill - As soon as the player enters the level. The halfpipe is not blocked off, but if the player wants to get to Clutch, the only way to him is blocked off by the electric fence the Golden Rhinos set up. If the Graffiti Stop is already tagged here, change characters quickly to stop the fight. This fight can be triggered multiple times.
- The Fortified Residential Zone - Bomb defusal, Yoyo is also rescued here.
Chapter 8[]
- Dogenzaka Hill - A fleet of Kigurumis are encountered here.
- Chuo Street - The fight against Major Arms takes place here.
- The Skyscraper District and Pharaoh Park
- Highway Zero - The fight against Staff Officer Fire takes place here.
- The Site of Tokyo Line - The train machine is destroyed here.

Chapter 7, the Fortified Residential Zone[]
- Soon, when the timer runs out, this building will go... Kaboom!!! Hahahaha! Fools! You continue to cling to the sad notions of "camaraderie" and "friendship"... and because of it, your pitiful little lives will end in a grand display of fireworks!

Noted interactions[]
- Rokkaku Group - The Golden Rhinos work for Gouji Rokkaku's company and are a faction of it in secret. While none of the members say anything about him, they follow Gouji's commands without question. They also work with the Noise Tanks and NT-3000 to take down the GG's.
- The GG's - The GG's are the only gang to directly take on the Golden Rhinos. Before this, some members such as Cube had a direct run-in with them before and managed to get away, and Yoyo was kidnapped by them. Most members note the destruction the Golden Rhinos are causing and head out to stop them.
- DJ Professor K - Seemingly as a desperate attempt to censor him, the Golden Rhinos kidnap DJ-K to make sure the citizens of Tokyo hear their boss' words instead of his. The Golden Rhinos also seemingly dispatch a Zero Beat inside of DJ-K's studio as well in a following cutscene.

The renders are based on Major Arms' cutscene appearance in Sky Dinosaurian Square, after the defeat of the Noise Tanks. Said appearance also appears via his character icon in the game's files.
