Garam is a member of the GG's and a playable character in Jet Set Radio Future. After unlocking him in Jet Set Radio Future he's seen dancing near Beat, and Combo.
Story
In Future, as the player enters the Tokyo Underground Sewage Facility and falls into a half-pipe trap, Garam appears, revealing he set up the trap and saying the player character is the 30th person to fall into that trap. Garam agrees to let the player character out after showing off their skills, upon which he joins the playable cast.
Appearance
In Jet Set Radio Future, Garam retains the orange goggles from the original game, but redecorated with a red frame; he wears a gray tank top with his name written vertically in katakana, two orange armbands on each arm, black gloves, black baggy pants with two pink lines running from each front side of the waist to the feet, and red skates with orange wheels.
Relationships with Other Characters
- Yoyo - After you save Yoyo from the Golden Rhinos, if you talk to Garam using Yoyo, Garam will mention that he's caused enough trouble "for the both of us" hinting that the two are friends and like causing trouble.
- Boogie - During the chapter she is unlocked, going over to him reveals the dialouge "Hey you should check out that crazy girl over at Kibogaoka Hill". Their affiliation is not known beyond this.
- Cube & Poison Jam - It's implied that Cube & Poison Jam have a strong distaste for Garam, with him constantly fooling around and causing havoc in the sewers (their headquarters). Despite such, she is shown being perfectly fine with his presence after joining the GG's.
