Beat (ビート, Bīto^?) is a character that is set to appear in the upcoming Jet Set Radio game. He is set to be one of the main trio characters along with Gum and Combo for the title.

Overview

Appearance

Beat's appearance in the upcoming Jet Set Radio game is more inline with his look from the original game, rather than his appearance from Jet Set Radio Future, with the color palette reverting back to an orange color-scheme. This time, Beat sports a baggy orange jacket that features his name in katakana vertically and blue pants. His sunglasses are white with gray lenses. His skates are more similar to his original iteration's in terms of yellow and orange being used but are significantly more detailed. Beat's headphones are still gray, but this time the cushions on them have a red outline. His hair is once again burgundy and short but is more messy in comparison to before, and unlike his previous iterations, Beat does not wear gloves this time around.

As of now, Beat is described as a "enigmatic and funky renegade graffiti artist" according to the description of his reveal trailer of the latest Monkey Ball game and website.^[1]
